Which outputs require human review?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accuracy, bias, incomplete context and fabricated information mean review requirements should be explicit rather than assumed.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. How will the organisation know what changes?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI services, features and terms evolve.
